The Manaslu Circuit & Tsum Valley Trek is one of Nepal's most spectacular and culturally rich trekking adventures. This 23-day journey combines the remote beauty of the Manaslu Circuit with the hidden Buddhist valley of Tsum, offering an unforgettable experience far from the crowded trekking routes.
Beginning in the lush foothills of central Nepal, the trail passes through traditional Gurung and Tibetan villages, deep river gorges, ancient monasteries, and pristine alpine landscapes. Explore the peaceful Tsum Valley, often called the "Hidden Valley of Happiness," where centuries-old Buddhist traditions remain untouched by modern life.
After visiting Mu Gompa and the sacred villages of Tsum Valley, the trek continues along the famous Manaslu Circuit, gradually ascending toward the magnificent Larkya La Pass (5,160 m). From the pass, enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Mt. Manaslu (8,163 m), Himalchuli, Ngadi Chuli, Cheo Himal, Himlung Himal, Kang Guru, and Annapurna II before descending into the Annapurna region.
This trek is ideal for experienced trekkers seeking dramatic Himalayan scenery, authentic mountain culture, and one of Nepal's finest off-the-beaten-path adventures.
