✓  Spring (Mar–May) for blooming rhododendrons & Autumn (Sep–Nov) for crystal-clear mountain views.

✓  Weather can be predictable. Temperatures drop significantly at night (down to -10°C to -15 °C) at high altitudes). Layered clothing is essential. 

✓  Make sure you have travel insurance. Altitude coverage up to 5,000m+ including emergency helicopter evacuation is mandatory.

✓  Acclimatization is important. Our itineraries include built-in rest days to help your body adapt safely to high altitudes.

✓  Visa on Arrival is easily available at Tribhuvan International Airport (Kathmandu) for most nationalities (USD cash required).

✓  Moderate to high physical fitness required. Regular cardio and leg-strengthening exercises 1–2 months prior are strongly recommended.

✓  ATMs are rare in the mountains. Carry enough Nepalese Rupees (NPR) from Kathmandu for personal expenses, Wi-Fi, charging devices, and hot showers.

✓  Solo travelers are welcome! You can join an existing group with zero single-supplement pressure.

Q: How difficult are the treks?
A: Most treks are moderately challenging. Walking 5–7 hours daily on varied terrain requires good stamina, but no technical climbing skills are needed.

Q: Can I charge my electronics and use Wi-Fi?
A: Yes, most teahouses offer Wi-Fi and charging stations for a small additional fee (payable in local NPR cash).
