Day by Day Itinerary

Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu – Welcome to Nepal

Namaste and welcome to Nepal! Upon landing at Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM), our private driver will meet you at the arrival terminal with a traditional welcome and transfer you to your hotel. Take time to relax, adjust to the city, or stroll through the vibrant side streets of Thamel.

Overnight: 3-Star or 4-Star Hotel in Thamel, Kathmandu

Day 2
Fly to Chitwan – Jungle Safari & Tharu Cultural Program

After breakfast, transfer to Kathmandu Domestic Airport for a short 20-minute flight to Bharatpur (Chitwan). Upon arrival, transfer to your jungle resort nestled near Chitwan National Park.

In the afternoon, embark on exciting jungle safari activities—including an Elephant Safari / Jeep Safari into the national park to spot one-horned rhinos, deer, and exotic wildlife. In the evening, enjoy a vibrant Tharu Cultural Program featuring traditional stick dances performed by the indigenous community.

Day 3
Morning Bird Watching, Fly to Kathmandu, Bhaktapur & Drive to Nagarkot

Awake early for a peaceful bird-watching walk along the riverbanks with a naturalist guide to observe rare bird species. Return to the resort for breakfast, then transfer to the airport for your flight back to Kathmandu.
Upon landing in Kathmandu, visit the magnificent Boudhanath Stupa, followed by lunch. Next, drive 1 hour to the ancient medieval city of Bhaktapur Durbar Square to admire its 55-Window Palace and red-brick streets. Afterward, drive 1 hour up to Nagarkot (2,195m) to check into your resort for a serene evening.

Day 4
Nagarkot Sunrise – Patan, Kathmandu Durbar Square & Swayambhunath

Wake up early to witness a breathtaking Himalayan sunriseright from your resort. After breakfast, drive back down into the valley to explore Patan Durbar Square (Lalitpur), celebrated for stone temples and royal courtyards.

Continue to Kathmandu Durbar Square to see Kumari Ghar (home of the Living Goddess). Conclude your cultural tour at Swayambhunath Stupa (The Monkey Temple) perched high on a hill with 360-degree views of the valley. Return to your hotel in Kathmandu for your final night.

Day 5
Final Departure

Enjoy your final breakfast at the hotel. Depending on your flight schedule, our private driver will meet you in the hotel lobby and transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport for your flight home, taking with you unforgettable memories of Nepal’s wildlife and culture.
